Additional information about working hours
I am currently employed as a senior support worker for the Kent Autistic Trust. This involves supporting service users with daily activities, empowering independence, working with service users with challenging behaviours, administering medication, assisting with personal care, maintaining written records, home management tasks such as cooking and cleaning, supporting with additional needs such as learning disabilities, epilepsy etc.
|I am looking to concentrate solely on PA work going forward.
I have also worked in n a homeless hostel for young people between ages 16 and 24. I have extensive knowledge around homelessness and domestic abuse as well as autism.
I am a resourceful and proactive person who can be relied on to use their initiative and judgement to proactively meet and resolve challenges. Having experience dealing with office procedures where I was working to company protocols and processing paperwork and data. Willing to train and learn where necessary and develop further skills to enhance my career. Being reliable, hardworking, flexible and having an organised approach to work. I enjoy working as part of a team and can also be trusted to work autonomously, am quick to learn and adept at multi-tasking
