I am 61 years of age and have recently retired as a prison officer. I worked at H.M.P Wormwood Scrubs for 16b years. In the last 4 years of my service I worked on the hospital wing, a 17 bed unit designed to take the most vulnerable of the prison population. This would typically include men with learning difficulties, mental health issues or physical disabilities. I feel that the skills that I have picked up in all of my career as a prison officer would help in the role of a personal assistant. I have no formal training in any of these areas.
